There is just something special about getting all dressed up for a night on the town. Maybe it’s because I don’t get to do it very often (with kids, who does right?), and so I just love it when a special occasion or event comes up and I get to dress up. My husband really goes the extra mile on such events, as he really wants me to feel special and have a good time. Sometimes he will even surprise me with a limo, and I never find out about it until the last minute! Usually he says “he’ll pull the car around” and then he returns in a limousine.
Okay, I shouldn’t say “usually” as it’s only happened twice, but both occasions did make me feel very special and princess like, and they will never be forgotten. In fact, sometimes I think about them when my husband has made me mad, and it helps me to get over whatever trivial thing he did sooner!
