Ugh, I sure want to drop a few pounds as my pants (and all my other clothes) are feeling tighter than I’d like, and nobody likes that feeling. Of course, while I want to lose weight (like many others do) it sure is hard to do around the holidays, as it seems like everywhere I look there is a box of chocolates or home made delicious looking holiday cookies. Not to even mention the holiday dinner, and the subsequent days of left over turkey, gravy, stuffing and pies! Holiday food is so yummy and nearly impossible to politely decline or resist.
Anyhow, after the holiday is over I will totally get on the weight loss band wagon as I know that I’ll be able to focus then. My plan will include exercise and eating the right things, like low fat protein and vegetables. There are a lot of good protein drinks and supplements out right now, like nectar protein so I might try something like that in order stay full and keep myself from cheating on my diet. Of course, I’ll also try not over eat during the holidays, as I’ll try to indulge but only do so with small portions of delicious holiday food.
