It’s almost back to school time again (well, actually it’s a few months away but it’s never too early to start planning) and that means a hot Apple promotion. I mean, if you’re going to college and looking to purchase a laptop anyway, why not get a free eight gig iPod touch with it?
That’s right, free. Apple is having a pretty cool deal for students, teachers and other education institute employees by offering them the gift of a free iPod touch upon purchase of certain Mac computers. First you buy the laptop, and then apply online where Mac will send you a rebate check for $229 (the cost of an iPod touch). Heads up though, you need to purchase the laptop from an official Apple store (or the Apple website)!
